Grayton Beach Trams
BEACH TRAM HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
The beach tram service will have special holiday hours: closed on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28; open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24; and closed on Christmas Day, Dec. 25. The regular schedule will resume on Dec. 26.
The Walton County Tourism Department is offering daily tram service for residents and visitors who are coming to Grayton Beach. This complimentary service will operate out of the “Grayton Central” parking lot on C.R. 283 (across the street from Hurricane Oyster Bar).
Trams will transport guests from the parking lot to a central drop-off point near the west beach access, where people can easily access the beach, the Red Bar, Chiringo’s or any of the other local shops and businesses. The trams run daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. or as needed.
Given the popularity of Grayton Beach, this daily tram service provides a convenient pick-up and drop-off option for thousands of beachgoers each year. Whether you are catching an early morning fishing charter, looking to lounge on the beach, or enjoy dinner with friends and family, the Walton County Tourism Department and its team of tram drivers look forward to serving you.
