Welcome to Balance Health Studio, where we were voted BEST YOGA ON 30-A in 2009. We are a health and fitness studio located in the heart of Seagrove Beach committed to strengthening the health and well-being of our community. Our services include top notch yoga instruction, innovative fitness classes and programs including spinning, boot camp, group and individual personal training. We also offer chiropractic and massage services, all in a non-intimidating, non-competitive environment. At Balance, you will be exposed to a team of professionals that have been in the industry for years. Health and fitness is not just a business for us…we live it!
